1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the sales and deliveries of catering products by Cuijine. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Orders

  • Large orders (events, receptions): A minimum notice of 10 days is required.

  • Daily orders: A notice of 4 to 6 days is sufficient. Order details (menu, quantities, addresses, schedules) must be confirmed at the time of validation.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Euros and are all taxes included (TTC).

  • VAT not applicable: Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

  • Payment is due at the time of ordering, unless a specific agreement is made.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Nice.

  • Delivery fees are included in the quote; however, we reserve the right to adjust the price based on the destination.

  • Cuijine declines all responsibility for delivery delays or impossibility caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, blocked access, etc.).

5. Cancellation and Modification

Any cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing via:

  • Phone: +33 6 12 61 78 31 Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the delivery date. Deposits paid will not be refunded in the event of a late cancellation.

6. Food Quality and Safety

Our products are prepared according to the strictest hygiene standards. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the products if they are not consumed within 24 hours following delivery.

7. Liability

Cuijine cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the improper use or storage of the delivered products.

8. Complaints

Any complaints must be made at the time of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

9. Personal Data

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those located in Nice.
